Personal Training is available on a 1:1 basis (£25/hr) or a reduced rate if in a small group (£12.50 per 2 person, £8.25 per 3 person)
Individuals must be 100% committed to achieving results, remember no pain no gain! Personal Training is available outdoors/park based or at home at times to suit the individuals.
