Exercising on an empty stomach burns slightly more fat that after eating, but you won't be able to keep going as long as those who ate before exercising.
Eat for energy. Your body isn't going to feel like working out if you are not fuelling it properly. Always eat breakfast, drink plenty of water and limit stimulats (alcohol, sugar and caffeine) which only provides a temporary high. Instead eat plenty of lean protein and complex slow release carbohydrates.
Enemies of a flat stomach. Situps only- situps tone the top layer of abdominals which meant they do little for your core and obliques. If you have got a layer of fat, you won't see the results. You need to aim for fat burning as well as toning exercises.

Exercising outside can make resistance moves up to 20% more difficult as the varied surfaces and conditions make it harder to balance.Power Walk with buggies in the park, with fat busting and toning exercises en route, using bands and buggies as resistance. The class starts with a warm up, then brisk walking to get the heart rate up (40 mins) with conditioning exercises, to work the major muscle groups e.g. tricep dips on park benches, lunges, press-ups against trees, skipping, step ups 
sit-ups on mats, followed by stretching. The class is based in the park using natural surroundings as a base for an effective total body workout.

Exercising outdoors in motivating and completely different and become addictive. You will never want to run on a treadmill or be couped up in a ‘sweaty exercise class again’ or pay expensive gym memberships.

Class is designed for mums with babies/ toddlers and is specifically aimed at mums who haven’t exercised since they have given birth.

Buggy Power really does help mums lose weight, become more toned and can even help mums drop a dress size. It’s a fantastic way to exercise and yet be with your baby, No need for creches and expensive gym membership. It’s fun, social and a great way to get fit, make friends and exercise with other mums in the same situation, best of all it’s affordable and effective.

New mums are welcome after they have had their 6 weeks GP checkup after a normal delivery and longer after a C. Section.
