Power Walk with buggies in the park, with fat busting and toning exercises en route, using bands and buggies as resistance. The class starts with a warm up, then brisk walking to get the heart rate up (40 mins) with conditioning exercises, to work the major muscle groups e.g. tricep dips on park benches, lunges, press-ups against trees, skipping, step ups sit-ups on mats, followed by stretching. The class is based in the park using natural surroundings as a base for an effective total body workout.
Exercising outdoors in motivating and completely different and become addictive. You will never want to run on a treadmill or be couped up in a ‘sweaty exercise class again’ or pay expensive gym memberships.
Class is designed for mums with babies/ toddlers and is specifically aimed at mums who haven’t exercised since they have given birth.

New mums are welcome after they have had their 6 weeks GP checkup after a normal delivery and longer after a C. Section.
